Our initial fundraising initiative is affordable housing. Funds raised in the primary phase will be dedicated to supporting the development of affordable housing for lower-income families in the Central Florida area. The revenue generated from selling these homes at a more affordable cost will be reinvested and allocated towards the creation of Florida’s first wine region.
