• Drive and follow a clockwise direction around loop while unloading (prior to the event), and switch to a counterclockwise direction when packing up (after event.)

Vendor Guidelines

• Violation of any rules could constitute immediate removal from event and prohibit attendance at future events.

• Applications, and COI must be turned in 30 days prior to event. Vendor applications will be rejected and removed from roster if insurance is not proven 20 days prior to event.

• Exhibitor are responsible for taking out their trash to the dumpster and keeping their space neat and sanitary. Exhibitors that do not place their trash in the dumpster is subject to a $50 trash removal fee.

• Vehicles ( trucks, trailers, cars, golf carts) are not part of a vendor space. Vehicles must enter the setup area to drop off tent and supplies, and immediately relocate the vehicle to park in the designated parking area. No vehicle will be permitted on event grounds after the vendor set-up period ends. No exceptions.

• Vendors may not park vehicles on event grounds or on nearby private property.

• Vendor's operations must stay within the boundaries of their booth space unless they have paid for additional booth space in advance.

• Vendors must be in place and set up by designated deadline.

• Tents must be in good condition, without tears or stains, securely weighted down and able to withstand strong gusts.

• Materials that link to, show, or infer sexual content are prohibited.

• Materials with profanities are prohibited. Please refrain from using profanity around quest.

• Must provide your own tent, tables, chairs, lighting, weights and all supplies needed to operate. If this is an evening event, tent lighting is not provided. It is vital that the vendor has sufficient lighting inside the tent

• No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the vendor space. No exceptions.

• No cigarettes, cigars or e-cigarettes in the vendor space at any time.

• No pets of any kind in the vendor space at any time

• No disposal of liquid waste from fryers or other food bi products.

• No early breakdown. You may not take down table or tent until event completion..

• Moving, trading or relocating assigned space is prohibited. Space assignments are made based on the best interest of the event. Vendors do not select their location.

• Payment will be requested after application is accepted and all mandatory documents are turned in.
